Each mobile seems to capture a part of our soul, holding it in the air for us to contemplate. Their peaceful presence reminds us that, even in our darkest times, light and beauty persist. This mobile, measuring 35 x 60 cm, is a birth gift, designed and created from the newborn’s astrological chart. The points in space represent a constellation embodied by seven semi-precious stones connected to the seven chakras and numerology to the year seven, the year of their arrival. Each shape and material has personalized spiritual dimensions and therapeutic virtues (physical and psychic) for the child’s proper development. It is composed of labradorite, tourmaline, lapis lazuli, rhodonite, tiger’s eye, rock crystal, and onyx. Its metal structure, like a creative transformative power, gives it this lightness and energetic stability.

Mobile designed and produced on the occasion of the fifth anniversary of the Sedimento workshop in Lisbon. Made of Paperclay, a cellulose clay, for its physical qualities in terms of resistance, stability, and lightness, I opted for a metal structure made of 1.5 mm wire inserted into 2 mm PVC tubes to generate horizontal movement in addition to the rotation provided by the environment in which it is displayed.


The mass of the elements that constitute it contradicts the idea of ​​lightness and is balanced by the naive motifs in cobalt blue enamel, whose entire design can only be revealed by rotation.. With dimensions of 1 x 1.5 m, this mobile echoes travels and the duality of our emotions.
